Role Summary

The role is responsible for managing logistics operations including wholesale billing, invoicing, stock monitoring, and last-mile distribution. The role involves auditing service provider KPIs, coordinating dealers and underwriters for claim closures, handling queries, and ensuring timely reporting. Additionally, it includes maintaining yard infrastructure and office facilities in collaboration with 3PL partners to improve workplace efficiency and safety.

Key Accountabilities

• Wholesale Billing and Invoice to Gate out to be maintained.
• Monitor in transit stock, generate Goods receipt and control damages.
• To audit and monitor service provider KPI and give regular inputs on it.
• Coordination with entire north zone dealers and underwriters to close claims at earliest. 
• Attending queries from RO /Dealer/ Service Provider.
• Monthly dealer visit to attend the queries of the dealer on transportation.
• Daily RSY reports, RSY Monthly reports, B&P pending report, Free stock report to all regions.
• Yard infra & office maintenance in coordination with 3PL improve work place cleanliness without compromising on safety
• Last Mile distribution.

Role Success

Success in this role is defined by timely dispatch and gate-out of vehicles, accurate monitoring of in-transit stock and damage control, and strong coordination with dealers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim closures and compliance.
