Role Summary

The Team Member – Talent Acquisition & Strategy (Compensation & Benefits) will support the design, implementation, and governance of Hyundai India's compensation programs. The role will drive benchmarking exercises, annual compensation reviews, leadership compensation support, LTI administration, and compensation analytics, while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, business leaders, and external consultants to deliver competitive and equitable reward solutions.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using market surveys and databases; analyze compensation trends and develop market-based recommendations. Partner with survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, Aon, and Deloitte.
  • Support annual compensation planning, including increment cycles, promotions, compensation budgeting, calibration exercises, and implementation of salary revisions
  • Assist in leadership compensation programs, executive pay analysis, reward framework reviews, and compensation proposals for senior leadership and critical talent
  • Manage administration of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and ESOP programs, including grant cycles, eligibility, vesting, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and record management
  • Conduct internal and external pay parity analysis, monitor compensation competitiveness, develop dashboards and analytics, and ensure adherence to compensation policies and governance standards
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, business leaders, compensation consultants, and industry forums to support reward initiatives and stay updated on market practices

Success will be measured by the ability to deliver accurate compensation analytics, execute annual compensation cycles effectively, maintain internal equity and external competitiveness, administer reward programs seamlessly, and support strategic compensation decisions through data-driven insights.
